Andrew Staniforth has launched a fabulous new training concept - Life in Flight Training. He has spent most of his career as a senior airline steward dealing with every sort of person and situation imaginable. From his experiences he has crafted a series of training sessions that help businesses understand how to deal with difficult and unusual people.
